Our sensational new restaurant offers the highest standards of Italian cuisine at “The Point” in Astley. With our comprehensive menu including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, we aim to please everyone with traditional favourites or classic food specially prepared by our Head Chef using local suppliers.

No expense has been spared offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a traditional table set up or booths for larger groups of diners. If you prefer a private party, we have a room with bar facilities to accommodate you and your guests. The restaurant and kitchen are brand new and designed with atmosphere in mind to give you an open plan dining experience second to none.

    Excellent food and even though the restaurant was very busy the personal service was outstanding. It was very lively but it was a lovely table for two.

    Enjoyable experience. Varying quality of service ability from very good to about average. Venue is clean and lots of staff on hand to watch over you. Starters and main good with a lovely selection of grilled fish. Needs a little less oil over it all as the fish was able to hold its own without the need for the oil. Would’ve liked some nibbles to start on arrival but not asked. Decent wait times although once the main had been cleared then service became noticeably slower. The dessert was not as advertised but pleasant all the same. Seemed though dessert was definitely an afterthought in comparison to the the other courses. Altogether a decent place but just needs to tidy up the finer details to get top billing.

    This visit was at lunch again, a family catchup. Excellent food and good service as expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon at La Casa, and will be back soon.

    The food was really good, but the service was not good. 2x starters never came, then we had to request dessert menu because the waiter never came to offer it. Same with the bill, we had to request it and then I had to get up of my table and pay at the main desk because waiter never came to take payment. Not the best service which is a shame as food and restaurant are really good.
