La Cabrera by Gaston Riveira, the internationally acclaimed and multi award-winning restaurant from Argentina recently opened it’s first location in Miami.
Gastón Riveira decided to undertake this journey against all the prognosis for his country's economic situation, because he had a clear vision: he wanted to transform the typical Buenos Aires grill into, something that would stand out from the rest, but not only because of the quality of the product but for giving people a unique and unforgettable experience.
“La Cabrera is a creative space where I can express myself and look for new dishes, but also it is the place where I give myself the pleasure of not only revamping and improving but also diversifying the classic dishes that I am so passionate about”.
The secret is in the way we grill using special techniques and experimenting with new things all the time. La Cabrera is a baroque neighborhood bistro, with an atmosphere that mixes history.

First time vacationing in Miami and we stumbled upon this restaurant. What a meal! The service the food and the drinks were fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

3/4 meats came at wrong temperature. When asked to get the two undercooked ones to medium, they came back well done.

The quality and taste of the food was average [certainly disappointing]. We were seated quickly with food and drinks brought out directly. English speaking certainly is the restaurant’s preference.

NY strip cooked to perfection. Service impeccable. My server (Luna) did a great job and was very personable. I will probably go back tomorrow night 😁.
