We had the Beef Bourguignon and Lamb Shank and both were excellently prepared, slow cooked, caramelized onions, classic recipes, couldn't be better. Portions were quite generous but so good we gorged ourselves. Next time, better self control.

Wish we had discovered this gem of a restaurant earlier! Great service! Fine wine, escargot, french onion soup, beef bourginon and osso buco were awesome. Wrapped it up with beignets. We will be back again!

First, this is our favorite French bistro. Like a French bistro, it has excellent food, reasonably priced food and wine and you can count on the wine being drinkable now. The service is welcoming and follows up through the meal service.

I love the ambience of La Boheme! It feels like a lovely visit to France, without tasting a thing! The special artichoke croquettes were delicious as an appetizer, 4 pieces. We were a group of three, between us, we had, and all tasted: - the salmon with the delicious berry coulis, called cabernet (wonderful). - the duck confit salad - so crunchy around the edges, and flavorful. - the sole - beautifully pan-fried with a panko-type crust that yielded to a perfectly cooked fresh sole. Just a wonderful neighborhood gem, family-owned!

Wonderful atmosphere, superb service, less than stellar food. Perhaps it was a bad night since we've had much better there. Will return.

Unfortunately, our food was underwhelming. We ordered the octopus special, capri salad, croque monsieur, pasta with seafood, the rabbit, and the meringue desert. None of the dishes was very good. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the service was friendly, but the food doesn’t justify a return visit.

Server was attentive and the place was nice. Looked forward to the rabbit plate along with beignets since they’re not common. Sadly both were on the dry side. Was surprised to get breast meat since most places serve leg which is more tender. Flavor of sauce was good but seemed only needed to conceal the dry meat. Beignet was also not as good as some others that I’ve had. I really wanted to like the place so may try again and order something else.
