This is a beautiful new restaurant, staff was very friendly and did an excellent job! The food was good. My wife didn’t like it as much as I did, I’d give it 4 stars she would give 3. Its only real drawback was that it had 5 star prices. 2 people dinner & drinks… $350.. happy to pay this kind of money for amazing food & service, but they missed the mark on the food.

Music volume was perfect, bunch of chill EDM playing that we loved AND the food and service was spectacular. Special call out to the Tiramisu / Sakura variant!

Great experience overall. The Sushi and apps were a bit of a reach for modern elegance but an appreciated gesture. Overall presentation was good. Didn’t partake in cocktails but our guests did and they were pleased. Toro Tartare - loss Salmon Tartare roll - win Ambience- win Guest service- win

They took 20 mins to seat us for an 8pm reservation (party of 2). The reason they gave was that they gave is that they were waiting for a table to clear up. The host blamed this on current customers taking too long. A couple came in shortly after us for an 815pm reservation and were seated immediately. Once we were seated, the waitress did not come to our table for another 20 mins so it was 40 minutes before we could even put in a drink order. The waitress did not acknowledge the wait or apologize. The table next to us seemed to experience the same thing and they actually stormed out. Our food was coursed out nicely but each course was about 20-30 mins in between without any wait staff checking on us or updating us. We kept thinking they had forgotten about us. I suppose we should have tried to go find someone to flag down but given the level of restaurant and the price, that seems like a weird expectation. The food was good but our experience was already pretty jaded by the service and treatment. Considering the price (I ordered Omakase), my expectations were high and I was excited. I was pretty underwhelmed. It was certainly not bad, but by no means worth the price. I would not consider eating here again.

This was by far the best dining experience! We were greeted by Wes, the GM who had a very warm welcome and educated me on the tree spirit ornaments that I was admiring on the hostess stand. He seated us immediately even though the rest of our party reservation was not yet present. Once seated, we were immediately served with water and our friendly and very knowledgeable server, Talia added another level of exceptional service explaining the cocktails menu, especially the different kinds of Japanese whiskey. She continued to excel in her knowledge of the menu, answered all of our questions and demonstrated professional patience with all of our inquiries. The food & presentation were top notch amazing! Appetizers, courses and drinks all served in a timely manner. Well orchestrated clearing of plates in between courses and timely refill of waters were really impressive! Very attentive staff without it being intrusive during our dinner conversation. Wes, visited us a few times to ensure that we were enjoying our experience! Classy & nice touch that decorated us as VIPs. This was a 5++ star experience and we will definitely be back! Highly highly recommend!!
