   The spicy tuna and udon noodles were the highlight for our night but everything was great. We will be coming back to try what we didn’t order

   This restaurant is destined to become thought of as a true neighborhood gem. Small plates, each one as delicious as the one before, attentive and knowledgeable server, the dishes uniquely presented, the combinations of flavors, and “knock your socks off” cocktails. The ambience— old wooden floor, a wall of tastefully crafted tiles, plenty of space between tables— it reminded us of some long-time restaurants in Little Italy in NY. We will return.

   I was pretty impressed with this spot. I’ve taken a while to try it and now I regret waiting. The crispy rice spicy tuna is probably one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The rice cubes have the consistency of a rice crispy treat so they’re soft and warm. The kale salad was so good as was the salmon don. Just a lot of surprising flavors and a little bit of heat, but not too much. We had six plates shared between the two of us and we loved everything. Service was a little off at times because it got so busy but overall it was a great experience and will definitely be back.

   Kore has become a fast favorite for us in East Nashville. Every single item on the menu is absolutely delicious. Dumplings are a must try!!

   Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Food was all on point. We’re excited to go back to try the rest of the menu. The risotto was a standout dish. So unexpected and well-balanced. The kind of gem our neighborhood needed!

   We had a great time at Kore! The entire staff was so kind and personable. Our server Tasha was great, she knew the menu and gave great recommendations. Chef came out and said hi and checked on us.. we will definitely be back to try more! Highly recommend the crispy tuna!

   This is the best food I’ve had in 3+ years of living in Nashville. Every bite is an explosion of flavor with intricate touches, making each dish unique. The tuna and udon are must tries.

    Really enjoyed all the dishes we tried! Service was outstanding and they gave great recommendations on the menu. We loved the N/A mocktails as well!
