   Service was slow. Food was horrible-cold when came out. We were not impressed at all especially for a New Year’s Eve Dinner.

   Taking that New Yeats Eve is a very busy night, still very disappointed. They didn't have a tool to open a bottle of wine. They had to go to another restaurant to borrowone according to the bartender. $40 for a glass of their middle price wine and a glass of bubbly. Ordered an appetizer, salmon, and surf & turf. They were out of first three things we tried to order. Waited over an hour. Entrees came out before appetizer. Anther 5-10 wait for appetizer. Salmon supposed to be cooked Medium was well, well done. Sauce on fried rice sickening sweet. Surf & Turf was delivered without the Bearnaise sauce. But it was the beat part of the eve ing. Overly loud. Overly priced. Mediocre food. Sorry to say, they probably won't be here in a year.

   Poorly ran restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for food that never came out. Server was unattentive. Likely won’t return.

   This was some of the worst food for the prices they charged. The sushi roll had undercooked rice and was overall small and flavorless. Both prime ribs were small, thin and overcooked - not to mention tasteless. The mashed potatoes tasted worse than instant potatoes, and the sea bass was tasty, but extremely small portion for almost $50. You will getter better food at Bob Evans for half the price. If you're deciding whether to go, I would find somewhere else where the food and service is actually worth the price.

   Sat at a table for 30 minutes without a greet from anyone including multiple managers walking by. Not even a glass of water. Was still charged and overcharged for sushi Sunday when the sushi was inedible bc they put too much vinegar in their sushi rice. Bad experience all around.

   Arrived on time for our 5pm reservation and we were promptly seated. Then there was a Longgg wait for drinks, then 45 min for first course to arrive. One dish seemed nothing like the holiday menu description. Different fish altogether. Whatever, it was tasty (but disappointing that it was switched without consultation or informing us. Once we got to order the main course-- from a limited, holiday options menu--, we were told they only had 2 kinds of steak (not the cuts we wanted from the limited offerings even). Limited menu made even more limited, somehow at just 5pm. We waited again for about another half hour, and when the entrees arrived they were served with different side dishes than ordered. Apparently they ran out of some things and took the liberty to substitute for us. Additional steak topping had no sauce (Oscar style, sans bearnaise, dry, and unsatisfactory. ). Charged full price for everything, with barely any acknowledgement from management on the delays and forced substitutions. Other tables nearby were complaining about the same things, and were comped at least something. Look, I understand it's a Holiday and likely understaffed? But to offer a limited menu and not be able to provide even what was on that, in a timely manner, is just poor business. Our server was fine but overwhelmed and likely embarrassed. I would have been. We compensated him well over 20%. Overall not at all a good experience. Rather bad Christmas Dinner. I doubt we'll return.

   The bartender and server were exceptional. We felt welcomed and celebratory. The dei is were excellent.
