Had to ask for glasses of water 4 times. When we eventually got water, when it was being refilled the waitress spilt the water on the food on the table.

Disappointed that the food was bought to the table at separate times with some peoples food coming out without them finishing their entree. Entrees especially came out very varied

Whilst having a drink at the Quarterbeck before dinner I was informed that the restaurant was not going to open for dinner. Very disappointed as it was our wedding anniversary that day.

It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. We were seated twice due to a table not being made ready for the size of our booking. This impacted not only us but the diners around us. We had to repeatedly chase drinks orders. The portion sizes of the banquet were very inconsistent. The delay between courses in the banquet was exaggerated. The staff were lovely, but seemed very under pressure. We noted on the booking that we were there for a birthday and not a single member of staff mentioned it. The lack of a chid's menu is also disappointing given that there are other restaurants in the building that could provide this option. Given the current economic climate and the price point of this offering it was disappointing. The food was really fresh and enjoyable, however the other aspects of the experience detracted from it.

Had a fantastic meal celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. Everyone at the table made mention on how tasty the food was. We sat outside and once the sun started to set it really made for a beautiful setting.

A wonderful experience at Miss Songs as always, with excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. We were greeted and served by the amazing Joe, who took great care of us all night and ensured that we were well catered for. We enjoyed a large variety of foods, from succulent San Choy Bows to mouth-watering Black Pepper Beef, finished off with two of Miss Songs finest deserts, the Creme-Brulee and the Banana Fritter. With a wonderful view of the sea from the outside dining area, you can never go wrong with Miss Songs!
