   Food was excellent tonight! However, I feel like the portion sizes weren’t as normal as they are usually. I’m not sure what happened but overall was great!

   Seating quick but the hostess could not be heard to tell the two parties of 5 to follow him. Then after seating he says something but can't be heard and it was to advise that we had automatic gratuity of 18% each. That is fine but this person did not speak up, rushed through and walked away with out a confirmation that anyone heard him. Appetizers of sushi no time for that, came after the meal started because your soup and salad there. At one point we decided we were in a fast food hibachi restaurant. They are very busy, many reservations, and they want you in out. that is for some folks but not for all. The "chef hibachi show", non existent. There was no show or the usual joking around with the folks at the table. An egg in the hat, a onion that somokes and then at the end he seemed to realize we were waiting to take a photo of the show. He put a line of oil on the grill, lite it up. The chef gave someone else my husbands shrimp and when figured out he expected that person to move her plate 4 people over to give my husband the shrimp off her plate. I explained to the chef we were not taking it off her plate and to get some shrimp from the kitchen for my husband. Food removed before eaten. To go boxes brought before dinner consumed with a look of do it now and we had not had dessert yet. Very rushed, food ok nothing special. Again it was not that there was no food or no service but I did not expect for such an expensive dinner to feel like I was in a drive thru hurry and get out of my way for a pretty standard meal. Not my thing, might be yours. I love Hibachi but not this one. Very loud and that does not count the drums for all the birthdays which I totally get. The room does not absorb the sound so it basically vibrates off the walls.

   The chef's are always engaging and fun. The food is a good value for the money. We did feel very rushed from the moment we sat down. It was also very, very loud.

   I visited Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in Alafaya and ordered the Hibachi Sirloin & Shrimp. The food was excellent—well-seasoned, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked on the hibachi grill. The chef’s performance was also a highlight, making the experience even more enjoyable. The portions were more than enough—I ate like a Viking in the Middle Ages! Not only was I satisfied, but the amount of food exceeded my expectations. The service was great as well. Even though the restaurant was packed due to Valentine’s Day, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout the night. Price-wise, it’s on the expensive side, but the experience is worth it. The combination of great food, live cooking entertainment, and a lively atmosphere makes it a place worth trying at least once. I definitely recommend Kobe Japanese Steakhouse to anyone looking for a quality hibachi experience with a fun twist. I’ll be back for sure

   Excellent dining experience but the floors are incredibly slippery, getting in and out of the restaurant can be treacherous 😟

   Worst valentines experience. Waited 30 min extra, hostesses were terribly rude and arrogant. Chef made 2 peoples good wrong. Barely any refills. Shoved me in the corner with other terribly rude guests with a baby. Server said 18% gratuity was not wnough as he had to split it. What a rip off. Will be adding to my blog

   It’s Valentine’s Day but we still should not have been rushed like we were. Soup and salad served literally at same time with order for entrees being taken as well. Vegetables (carrots and potatoes) very undercooked. We were seated for a 6;00 and paid at 6:48. We’re not offered dessert opportunity. Herded in and out like cattle.
