   This is my third time at Knock Twice and it’s always great time! I never want to leave. The live music/singers are nice. The service, food and ambience is amazing!! Top notch experience!!!

   I had a wonderful experience. I had the catfish bites, truffle fries and two RSVP mocktails. Everything was delicious. Our server was so friendly and gave helpful menu suggestions. The live band was great. It is an intimate restaurant so it can be difficult to hold a conversation when the band is playing. Overall, we had an awesome time and will go back soon.

   Subsequent to mix up with invited quest (no fault of the establishment) waitress(s) were phenomenal (Bianca etc). Sat at the bar ordered cocktail while waiting for take out. Bar tender appeared as though he’d rather be any place but there. Cocktail may have been a Mocktail, however upon notification, owner made it perfect! Same bar tender spilled shaker on bar in my general area (contents wet cell phones, garment etc) with no apology from bar tender, (again) beautiful owner made it right & came to check on her patron and comp’d cocktail. Order finally arrived, Management rep (Chris) went the extra mile, escorted me to my vehicle to ensure myself and carry out were safe. Bottom line, EXCELLENT customer service is PARAMOUNT. Clearly the Owner, waitress (s) & Chris understand this concept, (bartender not so much….) That said, everyone has a bad day or two and can make an honest mistake, however a simple apology goes a long way. In any event, Knock Twice is a wonderful establishment & food was outstanding! Would recommend. Kudos to the Owner!!!

   Great place to chill and relax! Me and my girls had a great time! The food was great. The music was on point. We missed the live band but we will definitely visit again! Two thumbs up

   The experience was beautiful. The setting was very professional. The food was amazing. The taste of the drinks was perfection. I really enjoyed myself at knock twice

   I had the opportunity to go to Knock Twice after hearing wonderful things about it. When we got there, it was not the Speakeasy vibe that I was used to. It was well lit and a DJ was setting up. It had more of a lounge vibe, which is okay. The drinks were a little on the pricey side. I think a good recommendation would be to keep the same prices for the drinks, but add some pizzazz (like smoke or something to give it a wow factor). I didn't get any food. I wanted the egg rolls and mac and cheese, but they were out. I would return in the summer to hang out on the patio and listen to the DJ, but not during the winter for a date. We couldn't hear each other talk.

    Tables to close 14.99 per person for the live band and could not here each other's conversation whn talking just not good experience for us. They need different seating for ppl that's not concern with hereing the live band
