we did not dine here as reservations were still put on another wait time at arrival. they checked us in as dining which did not happen and didn’t allow us to rebook new reservations on open table due to us being checked in so we had to do a walk in somewhere else.

By Far the worst experience. I am a frequent customer here and today has been by far the worst experience. my reservation was for 9:15 i was not seated until 10:11. ALMOST A HOUR, but was told there was a 20 min wait with my reservation. I asked to speak to a manager about the issue however nothing was done about the inconvenience. The Restaurant is very cold and very loud. I couldn’t be moved from the window bc of the hectic restaurant ( which is understandable) but nothing was done about the heating, and it’s 30 degrees outside. Food was great! But i won't be returning. Due to the long wait to be seated on top of waiting another hour for my dinner i missed reservations for my other plans. Great Food, OK Service, but i won't be back, EVER.

The fried catfish and Mac and cheese were plentiful and delicious. Kajun Kream Pasta sauce had a lot going on. It was spicy but not really flavorful. A lot of the advertised items were not on the menu to order from. The place was very noisy with live music and overhead music both being played. Not a restaurant for an intimate dinner. Prices were high. Spent $120 on 2 catfish dinners and a lemonade. With 20% gratuity. Valet parking was reasonably priced and convenient. We would return for the catfish.

Great food. We were able to snag a last minute reservation on NYE. We planned to go to a different soul food restaurant where we had reservations but got there and they were closed. Kitchen and Kocktails saved the day. There was a great live band and the food and drinks were AMAZING.

I had reservations at 7pm and did not get my food until 8:30pm. I had a prior engagement at 9pm on New Year’s Eve and we was late.

Food was okay. Definitely not worth the prices. Had a lot of trouble with pricing the prices on the online menu didn’t match the bill so ran into a lot of problems. Floor was very slippery and unsafe. On the menu it showed entree and sides with it but nothing comes with a side u have to pay for everything separately which is very expensive. They also automatically make you tip on the bill you don’t have a choice to not tip or not. Very poor communication on the food. Wouldnt recommend.
