   I both a hot and cold lobster roll at lunch with a buddying were large and simply delicious. Had to take one of them and half the fries home

   I made a reservation three and a half weeks ago for my friend’s birthday celebration. The reservation was for 3 ladies at 4 pm on a Sunday. We got to the restaurant 5 minutes before our reservation time and were told that the only available table was a communal table on the main floor. When we asked if we could get a better table since we had a reservation , the hostess found us a table upstairs. However, we felt rushed the whole time we were there. We ordered appetizers and drinks twice prior to ordering our main course. At some point the waitress even told us that we had to order quickly because the table was reserved. Mind you, this started within an hour of being seated. It was as if we had been in the restaurant for hours. Her attitude was unpleasant and offensive. I have never experienced such a terrible treatment in a restaurant. The food was great but the service was horrible.

   The food was so delicious! Our attendant was wonderful, very tentative without being overbearing. The noise level in there is high, as it’s a small space. In keeping with that sentiment, a table for two is basically dining with at least four others because the tables are so close together. We didn’t mind & enjoyed the experience, just something to note if you prefer more privacy and/our quieter dining experiences in general. Will definitely be back.
