    The location is nice, but the food and wine are very overpriced. Not the quality you may expect when paying 115 usd for a main course and 150 usd for a bottle of wine. We don’t mind paying for good food, but this is clearly not the place. It feels outdated and the team needs a positive boost they are focused on getting you in and quickly out. We were disappointed.

    We came here for our anniversary dinner and it was amazing. Santos was amazing. His friendliness and accommodating nature stood out from the moment we arrived. He made it very easy for us to order. The resort is very beautiful. We had the best time.

    A must see! A experience. This will be the most elegant, most delicious most sexy most photos. Best ambience you will have in Tulum after love this place we made a reservation. We thought that we were going to be able to eat at the outdoor area with the breath taking views but it was 12,000 pesos not including food so we opted into eat inside of the treehouse, so next time we plan to arrive with our Rich boyfriend lol. I ordered a hibiscus Mezcal and coconut scallop civiche. Chefs kiss.

    This is a wonderful, wonderful dining experience! Very nice service, beautiful ambience, and wonderful food. Just be careful of the price tag.

    Tuvimos una hermosa reunión por mi cumpleaños, si puedes llegar a las 5 mejor para apreciar el atardecer. Hermosa arquitectura. Comida rica.

    ¡Hice una reserva para cenar en Kin toh! Cuando llegué me informaron que mi mesa no estaba en la azotea sino dentro del restaurante (oscuro, caluroso y lleno de mosquitos). Para acceder a la azotea habría que pagar 1.000 pesos por persona. Le pedí a la anfitriona que al menos visitara la azotea antes de cenar y no fue autorizado, ¡no hubo ni una excepción, debido al error en la reserva! ¡Otro factor importante es que los precios de los platos de la carta son absurdamente caros y abusivos! ¡Renunciamos a la cena y nos fuimos! no lo recomiendo

    Terrible! Power went out! It’s 2024 it doesn’t matter if you want to conserve energy or being surrounded in nature people pay money for this. And the power goes out and it’s not the first time.

    We booked a breakfast reservation at Kin Toh. Apparently Kin Toh is only open for dinner so breakfast was at Elixik which was not relayed to me in any confirmation communication. Similar vibes but not what I thought I was booking. We were told there was a $600 peso minimum and were charged before we even ordered and when we went to pay noticed it was actually $600 per person which also would have been good to know. We knew it was going to be on the more expensive side so we stayed. The food was not good. I got simple waffles and it tasted worse than a frozen eggo. My husband specifically asked for no pico on his dish and the waiter repeated back “yes, no tomato” and there were tomatoes all over his dish. During our entire meal, a bunch of people came in with cameras and seemed to be filming something promotional but were constantly moving around us and moving the copal incense to where it was blowing right in our faces (usually we love this smell but not in our face during a meal). After this we were told we still had credit to meet the minimum spend so we ordered some smoothies to go. After about 40 minutes, we were wondering where the smoothies were and asked our waiter as at this point we were ready to leave. We noticed a bunch of food coming out for the photographers before ours which was frustrating. Our waiter just gave some excuse about everything being made fresh and made sure to mention that we could leave a tip for him and the guys. We spoke to the manager? and he wasn’t really any help. He apologized and offered to get us reservations at one of their other restaurants but I wasn’t interested in any more of their food. He did not offer to credit anything back and seemed to not “understand” when we asked for a portion of the check back. This place is extremely overrated. There are much better places in Tulum that look almost exactly the same with better service and better food.
