Since 1972, Kanki has been the Triangle’s favorite Japanese steakhouse and sushi house.

Our flagship location at Crabtree Valley Mall is also our most widely recognized. Visit our Japanese restaurant in Raleigh for expertly prepared hibachi fare, sushi, noodle dishes and much more. There seemed to be a shortage of chefs. The seating and over ambiance was good, but the service staff seemed stretched. The food was excellent.

Our waitress wasn’t very attentive to the whole table. There was some type of black stuff in my sprite class and when I got home I instantly had to go to the bathroom and I am still back and forth to the toilet. I will not be coming to this Kanki again. Also my mother said the bathroom was very nasty.

The overall value was very good, even though we felt very rushed to finish and free up our seats. After we were provided food and drinks, there was no follow up for additional drinks, even refills on water. Being rushed at the end, took away from the overall experience.
