   Nice place, very quiet/not many guests the night we were there. Decor is upscale-ish but menu is very casual with nothing special on the high end (my business guest ordered a burger - menu is that limited!). Lovely server! No sommelier. Not at the top of my list for the next time I'm in NOLA. I'd go back, but its not a destination spot for me and only if I wanted a burger/chicken sandwich & beer over a white tablecloth. I give Justine's a C+ because of the server. C- without the server.

   We had not been back to Justine in a while and were glad to return. The food was excellent and the service top notch. We enjoyed the concise menu, covering great bistro choices. A lot of fun!

   I attend Jazz Fest every year and I make sure I dine at Justine at least twice each trip! Sadly I feel the food for the most part isn’t the same - consistent with flavors, texture..etc. Maybe they changed chefs or maybe it’s just lost its spark. While I will continue to go for a quick plate of their Brussels sprouts (YUMMY), all the other meals I usually get wasn’t cooked with the same flavor. And their mussels have WAY too much sand in them 😅. So bummed.

   A solid place to enjoy an evening in New Orleans. I had shrimp and grits, and while the shrimp were delicious, the grits were a bit too stodgy for my liking. Drinks and ambiance were nice and the prices are in par with similar restaurants in the area.

   Just walking into this restaurant, you are met by two friendly hosts who were very accommodating. Justine’s ambiance and decor is beautiful. The bartender was so incredible and knowledgeable. Our server was perfect. The food was excellent. A beautiful evening at this fine restaurant.

   Lucked into finding Justine on the map close to my hotel. 10/10 cannot recommend enough. Shrimp and grits and French onion soup were amazing, but every single thing that came out of the kitchen looked equally as good. A truly great meal and service was excellent.

    Terrible experience at Justine. Do not be fooled by the restaurant’s branding as a Chef Justin Devillier and James Beard winner. We were a table of 3 and waited over an hour for our food with no explanation. When it finally came, two of the dishes were cold — the fried chicken sandwich had a bun that tasted like it came straight from the refrigerator, the fries were old and cold, and the shrimp and grits were the same. The burger came out 10 minutes after the other two plates and was flavorless. We sent two dishes back, and they did replace them fairly quickly - which suggests they replaced the dishes with someone else’s order, had extra, or reheated them. Our server was nonchalant about everything and did not offer an explanation or apology. Do not waste your time or money here.
