The menu represents a style of Mexican cooking that incorporates the meticulous preparation and refined techniques of haute cuisine with traditional Mexican ingredients and flavors. The dishes are flavorful but not spicy; but for those that like it hot, ask for the house salsa.

Throughout the evening, Stiekema Wine Co. owner & winemaker Michael Stiekema will be pouring a curated wine flight featuring: 🍷 2024 Stiekema ROSE - 60% Grenache, 40% Mourvèdre - Floral notes; bright acidity 🍷 2022 GSM - 44% Mourvèdre, 31% Grenache, 25% Syrah - Fruit, spice & earthy notes. 🍷 2022 Springbok - 100% Cabernet Franc – A big wine with notes of maraschino cherry, wild sage & cocoa.
