   This year Christmas decorations weren’t that many. Christmas trees without lights😢 Food was not that good. Service was great! And drinks too. Food is overpriced.

   I got seated a few minutes late from our reservation, but we never got a server. No one gave us menus. One bus boy brought a carafe of water and plastic cups. I asked a couple times who had our table. No one ever came. We left after 30 minutes. I’ll never go back.

   Loved the food the music the atmosphere. Shakes were excellent. The The only problem was we were a little cold because they were out of propane and the heaters didn’t work.

   I have come here every year with my family and I would say I will not be returning. The quality of the food has gone down (particularly the burgers) and the service - they forgot our shakes after we kept reminding them multiple time - it took 55 minutes for our shakes (and he had 2 families of kids) Nothing was discounted and extra gratuity added. It was not a good value or experience sadly.

   Awesome! Food is like bar food, good but you pay for the ambiance. Staff is super nice and friendly. This time it was cold, wasn’t like that last time. They added the tip to our bill which I don’t appreciate but still, nice experience with the family for Christmas time. Will be coming back.

   The service was very slow took waiter 30 min to bring boxes and check. The nachos were burnt and dry wings tasted microwaved

   Worst experience ever. Server took our order and never returned with our flight of rudolfs hot chocolate.. we waited an hour for that and still never arrived so we spoke to the front desk and just left.

    If you get to sit in the tent it’s probably a nicer vibe but standard seating is very much basic. The food is just okay not much to choose from. I’d say the ambience is what you should go for if anything. The drinks are very festive. The vibe is the best part about this place. Overall I’d go for the experience.
