   Our service was horrible by our waitress Chelsea never came around to check on us had to chase her down for everything we needed and for the bill at the end

   We were seated near the door and it was extremely cold. Couldn’t enjoy dinner because you were shivering most the time. Everyone around us felt the same way and kept commenting how cold it was. It’s unfortunate that they seat people in these poor spots esp when they make a reservation in advance and there were a handful of empty seats in other areas that never were filled the entire time we were there. We ate quick and left right away as it wasn’t enjoyable. Appetizers came out before we even got drinks. My daughters steak was so chewy she couldn’t eat it.

   I don't usually ever leave a review , even if I receive a bad experience . But todays reservation was one bad thing after another it seemed . Booked a reservation at the Mayfeild Joey with a week advance , with a special request for the special occasion- which was to be seated at a certain table as it was significant to the special occasion ; very clearly put in the request area . Thinking a week notice would be plenty of time to ensure that request was easily accomplished . We saw on OpenTable that they had availability to get us in earlier so we changed the reservation for one hour sooner . Called the restaurant to ensure that would be okay and was assured it was . We arrived to only be told they couldn't accomadate that request so they seated us at a different table -Alright- .. only to be shoved in a corner that had absolutely no site of a TV or anything for that matter other than a view of the parking lot . Now that alone wouldn't account for a review of 1 star of course . Once placing our drink order and food order we received our drinks , which were extremely watered down to the point we should've just stuck with the complimentary waters , rather than spend any money on what we received . We got the chips/pita and Hummus for the appetizers . First order of pita chips were so burnt that we didn't even touch them and immediately just said we would just have the tortilla chips that came rather than pita chips . Our server still ended up getting more pita chips and the second batch came out with 90% of the pita burnt . - Ok at this point we were just gonna use the tortilla chips to eat anyways instead of even bothering again .- our server comes over and grabs the tortilla chips and asks if we are done . I said No. And she walked away with the tortilla chips leaving us with the second batch of burnt chips . Out comes main dishes and my steak was 80% fat . For a 100$ meal you would expect far better quality in service and food . Very disappointed .

   Had a great date night last night at Joey Mayfield! Our server Kirsten was very attentive and great vibes, and the whole team was friendly and took great care of us throughout the night. Definitely becoming our favourite go to restaurant for nights out!

   We went for Valentine’s Day. They had little desserts when we got there and drink. The food was delicious. We had Japanese dumplings fantastic. Black chicken outstanding with the hot potato salad. Service was top notch. Full team affect. Well done joeys.

   I loved the food! We had made a reservation for valentines and put it in the notes for our booking. When we got there we were seated in the lounge with loud music which is not at all what we were looking for. We asked to move. They were giving out complimentary drinks at the front for valentines and were never even offered one. Service was good could be better.

   As it was Valentine’s Day, it was busy but I find Joeys is always busy but service has never been sacrificed. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious as always. Joeys is one of my favorite places to go!!!

    Our table for 6 people in a booth was a little tight we had to squeeze in.
