   Always a pleasure. Staff is always on point! Just wish the napkins to go over Kai were linens and not paper

   We got 3 different waiters during our dinner. They made mistakes taking our order and charge us for them mistakes… I asked for a round table for a family dinner and we ended up with a half table in front of the television, I didn’t like it. They made it right at the end but disappointed…

   The only good thing is the food. Unfortunately, the service is really bad. Our first server had to leave as her shift was ending, our second server came only one time to check on us. In the end, we had to go over to the host counter to ask for our check since we couldn't see or didn’t know where our server was at all.

   Our server Sydney was absolutely fantastic! The food amazing everything was exceptional except the family sitting next to us’s dog! Although not unruly at all it was a tad intrusive to be forced to sit next to an animal.

   Great meal and vibes. Will definitely be back. The mushrooms were heavenly. Get them with the Steak Frites for a wonderful pairing. The apple pie is enough to share. Fantastic!

   This restaurant always has terrible customer service. We went for the Habachi Wings and they said they were sold out for the night. This was our second time going here. The first time we waited over an hour for our food and when we finally received the meals they were cold.

   The restaurant is very dimly light which makes it hard to view the menu or see others, it gives off a romantic vibe which can be great for some. It’s a little pet peeve of mine but I think that the restaurant should have napkins NOT bathroom paper products, especially for the vibe you are giving off. The restaurant was also very loud, the sounds bounced around which made it hard to engaged in conversation with others. Overall, the meal and service was great.

    I went there for my birthday and I ordered the steak and lobster that lobster was a shame. It looked like a shrimp and it’s so expensive. I was so excited to be with all my friends and family. I didn’t wanna make a big deal out of it so I didn’t so I’m saying it here now that’s one .2.I had a Mojito a margarita a beer and a lemon wrap and it did nothing. I’ve been here many times for many years and it seems like the alcohol is nowhere in sight. You don’t even get buzzed. I’ve tried this several times my friends order other drinks they taste good but no alcohol.therefore I no longer go there nor do I recommend Joey’s but my daughter wanted to go and my Comadre so we went. I wasn’t paying.
