I made this reservation for my 29th birthday. I had high expectations as it’s a well known restaurant, I feel as my party of 10 was given the worst service, we waited before they came and offered drinks, our dinner took quite some time to come out and the steaks weren’t cooked as requested. This restaurant did not meet my expectations and high quality standards. So upset :( don’t recommend to dine here they don’t have live music anymore so that’s false advertising.

Absolutely spectacular dinner for five guests! Terrific service and attention in a lovely and roomy restaurant. The Australian Wagyu Tomahawk was the best ever! Small plates, salads and entree choices we tried were devoured… elegantly, of course! All of us had beef, but the fish, lamb and other options, including pastas, looked so tempting…. Next time! Finished with craft desserts, including perhaps the most decadent chocolate cake! Just writing about our experience prompts to get a group up for another visit to Joel’s Chophouse!

Went here on Thursday locals night, 35% off entire tab! The atmosphere, decor and service were all top-notch, especially the lovely velour seats and amazing views of the Strip by floor to ceiling windows. Very nice old style music softly playing in the background and the young staff mostly in their 20s, were so courteous and professional. The steaks were delicious and we even had enough for take home. Definitely beautiful place to go to for date night.

Extremely disappointed in our dining experience last night, 11/13/24 for a table of 7 for dinner at 7p. Their ice tea was fresh brewed with 1 tea bag for 2 people. It came out light yellow in color with no tea flavor (server said they could re-make and use 3 tea bags as originally ordered). The Lobster bisque was over-priced for what they served ($22) and the Short Rib Arancini was tasteless ($18). The Lobster Mac n Cheese was REDDISH/ORANGE in color and tasted like boxed Mac n cheese with 3 pieces of lobster ($24). Ricotta Ravioli was average. Ora King Salmon was edible but my guest barely finished 1/2. 4 guests (myself included) ordered 4 Rib Cap Spinalis (8oz - $48; 12oz-$64). We ordered three 8oz and one 12oz. There was no difference in size difference. For all we know, all 4 were 8oz. We ordered them cooked at various temps but all came in around medium. The plating was very disappointing and for $48, we got 3 lonely looking green beans. We had 2 guests celebrating birthdays and they split 1 “complimentary dessert” of sliver of cheesecake and 2 chocolates cut in half (plating was a disaster as the chocolates slide off when we picked up the plate for a picture). Overall, we spent $550+ for the worst dining experience in 25 years of Vegas.

Exceptional steaks, good service and atmosphere. Two of us ordered the salmon and it was undercooked.

Great views & beautiful, modern decor - this is a great restaurant for a special occasion. The service was friendly and attentive. All of the dishes were cooked to perfection- our party had steaks & salmon. For appetizers we had oysters & caviar- and the best martinis we’ve ever had. The wine selection is excellent. The dinner was pricey, but worth it.

This place was amazing. Beautiful view inside and out, and one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Great service, balanced, intentional flavor profiles, and great wine!

First and last visit. The service was slow and the meals and sides came out with chunks of time in between. The short rib entree was entirely fat, inedible. Sides were just okay. Tomahawk was good, but at 250 it better be. No spirits list or beer list. Strobing brightly colored lights set a club like vibe that clashes with the decor. Forced 20% gratuity stung after that experience. Carversteak is WAY better for a reference point.
