Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. I was disappointed in the Valentines dinner. Very limited selection. Food was mediocre. Appetizers was basic. Salmon just okay and the dessert was not good. Service was just fair and the server was not knowledgeable enough to let us know the dessert had dairy. Disappointing.

We had a great Valentines event and the experience was awesome from the fabulous meal and the great service detail from Andrew during our time there. It was truly special and a great place to celebrate Valentines! We had a fabulous time that will not be forgotten! Thanks!!!!

I wanted to eat hot onion soup, so I asked for it. The onion soup was still hot, but it was brought to the table at a temperature that was easy to eat, and we were satisfied. The service was attentive, and we were able to enjoy our meal. The amount of food was also just right.

I really loved the burrata we had for an appetizer. It was $22, and the focaccia was only $10. The burrata was great but I didn’t see $22 in it. The chopped salad was wonderful! Such a great blend of veggies and the celery seed dressing was unique and yummy. We got the funghi pizza and I didn’t like it. It lacked something. I added a lot of salt, and couldn’t eat a second piece. It was pretty though! It was a small menu, with a good variety of offerings, but I don’t think I’ll return based on the pizza.
