Exceptional champagnes from Laurent Perrier combined with good food from the JGV team. A delight to meet the great chef in person and a part of the exceptional service. The room acoustics, lightening and feel can be improved. High ceilings work for a hotel lobby but disruptive for a high class dining experience. Well thought out menu accompanying the rare wines. Will visit the restaurant again for a cozy meal.

The food was very good. The view is amazing!!! Worth going just for the view and elevator ride. Al a Carte menu: Yellowfin tuna noodles, madai sashimi and the black sea bass were our highlights.
