   Overall, JBJ's was fantastic! We loved the music/band and the whole vibe! We first visited in the early afternoon and were able to snag a seat at the bar to watch the band and have a couple of drinks. Service was excellent! Walking around and looking at all the Bon Jovi memorabilia and art was fun! We returned later to have dinner at the 4th-floor restaurant (we had made reservations). The mood is very different in the restaurant, with a slower pace and jazzy music. We had a table by the window with awesome views! Service was a little slow, but they were all friendly and kept checking in with us. The food was okay, not awesome, not bad. We had a great time visiting and will definitely return next time we are in Nashville!

   The short rib was absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere! Honestly was the best meal I have had in any of the downtown honky tonk bars!

   I'm a HUGE Bon Jovi fan. I went to JBJ Restaurant for my 60th bday; had my family and friends with. We first walked into the bar, walked around looking for where we were supposed to go- no one around to help us. Finally, we saw that we had to go upstairs. Get out of the elevator to a hallway, again walking around looking for where we need to go. Walked past a band setting up on stage...finally at the end of that floor there was the checkin. The place was not busy- like one other couple in there, it's 6:30 on Friday night. Waiter was ok, but it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get food - 3 orders of nachos, 1 salmon, 1 chicken, 1 salad. If that wasn't bad enough, it was all cold. Cold, not warm at all. I was so bummed. I wanted to love it.. then, later that night, 2 of us got sick. (No, not alcohol induced either.) They need to figure this out or his restaurant will not survive there!! Needs more entree options, faster service, and served hot.

   I loved the bar and the music at JBJ’s. As a long-time Bob Jovi fan, I was excited to visit. We had reservations for the Steel Horse on a Friday night and the restaurant is separate from the big stage. They had a band but it was more in the waiting area playing to no one, which was odd— and the bar away from them (near where we sat) still had other music playing on the speakers… The service was great and all the memorabilia was awesome. But, the food was just ‘ok’. My husband had the cheeseburger and it was really good. I had the filet which was good but nothing exceptional. The short rib was the winner at our table, while the Chicken Satay was dry— a sad surprise as it looked great. We all split the s’mores chocolate mousse for dessert which was fantastic! I will visit again but may only have some appetizers and dessert if I choose to eat there again. But the music is worth hanging out for a few hours; they have great bands that play a lot of different music!

   Emily was our server & she was excellent, attentive . Food was delicious, we had a party of 12 , everyone enjoyed their food… only downside was Jon Bon Jovi didn’t show up

   Service was terrible :( made a special reservation and got sat in the bar area. Waited over an hour for our food and didn’t have anyone check in if we wanted another drink. Appetizer came out after the entrees, we said we didn’t want it anymore, and were still charged for it. Disappointing!

   Great atmosphere and fun memorabilia throughout the bar/restaurant. The servers were all friendly and professional. We loved our meals and we felt like the menu offered a good variety of choices.

    I have loved JBJ since I was a teenager so was so excited to be able to go to his restaurant. It exceeded my expectations in all ways. We got to overlook downtown while we ate and loved venturi g to each floor to look at all the memorabilia. The food was delicious too! Only negative I can think of is the bathrooms were not clean and toilet paper was all over the floor. Such a shame for such an awesome place.
