This was our 2nd night at Jax , our service with Jen T was very good . The food was very good, boned in ribeye was cooked perfectly my surf and turf deluxe was great too. Caesar salad was quite good we enjoyed our evening

Great diner. The food was cooked to perfection. Jacki our waiter was a pleasure to deal with and was on time with our meal Don’t miss out on going to Jax for a great steak !!

Service was excellent starting with Jay. Believe we had five different people serving us bread, appetizers, main meal, drinks and dessert. Sat outside. Quiet Wednesday night except for a few motorcycles that went by. Easy to get to from the parking garage.

Food was mediocre at best! Had to send back onion soup way too salty, crab cake not good (looked like it was from Trader Joe’s). Meat dishes just ok!

Everything was truly wonderful. Only thing we were celebrating 2 birthdays which they knew about and didn’t offer a shot or dessert item for each couple to share. Considering what we spent it would have been a nice gesture on their part.

This was our 5th time dining at JAX’s this year. Unfortunately it wasn’t as memorable as the previous occasions. The main issue last evening was perhaps best described, as the service. It was friendly and efficient. Perhaps too efficient. When we realized how quickly our appetizers were arriving, I asked our waiter to not input our Tomahawk steak order right away. He said no problem, but it takes about 30 minutes to prepare. After I gave him the okay to proceed with the order, which happened to be about 25-30 minutes later, it arrived in 8 minutes. Needless to say that my medium-rare steak was overcooked. When the waiter returned later to inquire about our meal, I told him that it was overcooked. His reply: I’ll tell the chef. I was expecting a different response for an overcooked $150 piece of meat! Perhaps I should have been more forceful in expressing my disappointment. However, I was tired and wasn’t up for a confrontation. Moral of the story: don’t place your dinner order at the same time as your appetizers or you risk encountering a similar fate.
