We visited as a group of 8 and were really looking forward to a good experience, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. We ordered drinks and entrées, but only 4 of the 7 drinks arrived correctly, and even those were sent back because they tasted off—these were from the special menu, so we had higher expectations. The food was no better. The crab cakes were dry, and the salmon salad was brought out without the salmon. A medium-well steak was served looking more like charcoal, and the blackened salmon with black beans tasted bland—almost like cardboard with mango tossed on top. On top of that, the service left a lot to be desired. The servers came off as snobby, which made an already bad experience worse. For the prices we were paying, we expected much better food and service. Unfortunately, this is not a place we’d return to or recommend.

At first, I thought this was the same Javier's as Las Vegas, but it couldn't be more opposite. We showed up 10 minutes before our reservation time, and it still took us about 10 minutes to be seated. Not because the restaurant was full, but because the hostess was gone for a while. We were sitting down for 26 minutes waiting for our server, absolutely no one came up to us to mention that they will be right with us. We grabbed the attention of a manager and a bus boy to get our server, both of them did not do that. We then flagged down a bartender, Anthony. After hearing our complaints he took care of us immediately & even took our food order. He was the one single GOOD thing about our dinner. Ordered queso for appetizer, it was not piping hot, and it was a thick pudding-type cheese concoction, it was so gross. I ordered the brush Street salad, and per the menu I opted for grilled chicken. When they served it, it was just microwaved shredded chicken, which totally ruined the salad. It was so disgusting. $18 margaritas were okay, def not worth that price. I did share my comments with Anthony, and he said that he would forward that along to the chef and the manager. But we were very disappointed that the manager never came over to our table to apologize for the experience or acknowledge what was going on. I could tell that the main manager was terribly busy, all the employees there were so incredibly busy so it was very obvious they were shortstaffed. When you walk into the restaurant, to the left is the main dining area, and to the right is a dimly lit lounge/restaurant area. If I ever come back here, I will try the lounge area to see if there's a different vibe there. They have wayyy too many kinks to work out. Huge shout out to Anthony - he was the only employee to acknowledge our extremely poor experience.

First time a Javier last night with a table of 8 people. This upscale restaurant is very pretty loved the look. The food is great, I had fish tacos and my husband had filet. We enjoyed! The queso dip is awesome and my friends enjoyed the chicken and burrito’s. Drinks great too….. but the service was really bad not that the server didn’t try but she was to slow for whatever reason. The price is a little high for dinner and two drinks . Anyways I would recommend for the food but have patience with the service.

They did not have a full menu. We pre looked at the menu so was expecting to order things that were not available. They did not have multiple dressings for salads. Take it or leave it the way we serve it style menu. No flexibility for dietary restrictions. They were out of sprite. The Coca Cola tasted generic. And the icing on the cake is when ordered a filet that came with crispy potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus came out raw and the steak was somehow cold. The potatoes were blazing hot. I told the waitress that my steak was cold and asparagus raw. They took the same exact steak and put it back in the grill which made my steak I requested as medium be well done. At that point, my whole family were almost done so I just moved on. I love to give new places a chance but after that experience, I can’t say I will be in a rush to go back to this restaurant.

We visited Javier’s during opening week and we were pleasantly surprised. They have done a great job with the decor. It feels cozy and elegant. Definitely a nice date night or special occasion worthy. Very spacious and can hold lather parties. The food was seasoned well overall. The only remark on improvement would be to season the rice and beans, and to have the wait staff inform patrons of the price of upcharges. The appetizer chicken wings were perfection. The fish tacos were flavorful and hearty. The airplane chicken was seasoned really well. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to adding the Javier’s experience into our regular places to visit.

We came during their soft opening. All waitstaff were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance was nice and could definitely see this as a good date night venue. Our food came exactly how we asked it to be prepared and presentation was appetizing. Wine selections by the glass were really good and enjoyable I was excited to have some Spanish wine. We said we will come back again as it is so close to venues we visit and was a pleasant experience.
