   Wonderfull fresh food. Beautiful ambience. Friendly staff but we did spent extra time relaxing between courses.

   The staff was wonderful, especially our waitress Patricia. She was great. The food was flavorful and delicious. However, the portions were small, particularly the appetizers. The menu was limited. The bread available was all paratha type, no naan or puri. The restaurant was quite new, opened two weeks ago? There’re plenty rooms for improvements, e.g. none of the duck dishes were available because they weren’t marinated or prepared for guests yet and we were there at 5, not 3. And there’s no water at the sinks of bathrooms. It’s slight it overpriced. Everything is a la cart including rice! Chili paratha was great. Papri chaat was tasty as well but the portions can be bigger.

   Valentine's Day, a day filled with the promise of love and delightful dining, turned sour for my family and me at Jasmine’s this year. Our experience was marked by a series of disappointments right from the moment we arrived. Despite having a reservation, the welcome was non-existent. We were left unattended at the entrance and after a good ten minutes, we were ushered to a table that was uncomfortably close to another, robbing us of any semblance of privacy or space. The ambiance, far from being romantic or comfortable, was chaotic and extremely noisy, setting a rather frustrating tone for the evening. The service—or lack thereof—was astonishingly poor. It took 20 minutes and a request from our side just to receive the menu, which revealed a fixed menu for the night, something not mentioned during the booking. One would think that the service might improve from there, but it only got worse. We sat there, neglected, with not even a glass of water offered to us. No one took our drink orders, and after a half-hour wait with no attention, we decided to leave, our patience thoroughly exhausted. The lack of basic hospitality elements such as greeting guests, offering water, and taking orders in a timely manner was glaring. Even the struggle to find parking earlier seemed like a minor inconvenience compared to the overall dining experience. Jasmine’s not only spoiled our Valentine's Day dinner but also ensured that we would never consider returning. We also feel compelled to advise our friends and family to steer clear of this establishment in the future. For a restaurant, especially on a night as special as Valentine's Day, the importance of service, ambiance, and attention to detail cannot be overstated. Unfortunately, Jasmine’s failed remarkably on all fronts, turning what should have been a joyous family outing into a night of frustration and disappointment.

   We had an absolute pathetic experience! We reached here for valentines dinner- they had not indicated what the menu will be and it was sparse for $100 per head. We waited for 15 minutes to place the order, then another 20 minutes to get a drink and then the appetizers that never came. My daughter was starving and started creating noise and complaining. We had to get up and leave and went to the nearby vietnamese restaurant to eat food on the valentines day!! Please dont waste your time and energy on them!! One of the worst restaurants out there
