   Food was surprisingly excellent. Concerns about this being a new, sceney hotel restaurant were unwound by consistently impressive execution. Recommend the raw/tartar portion of the menu, as fish quality was too notch. Miso cod lettuce wraps and Chilean sea bass entree also very good. Entertainment on a Saturday night was great, and not so loud that you couldn’t hold conversation seated inside the restaurant. Expensive, but consistent with comparable South Beach restaurants, and the entertainment makes for an especially unique experience. People watching is amusing, as to be expected.

   Alberto was the absolute best server I have ever experienced and I try every restaurant everywhere. Food was good and shows were cool to see.

   The food quality and menu were unimpressive and even felt dated. Tempura was average and tasteless, fried chicken was soggy, Cesar salad was drenched in wasabi dressing and filet was tough. Overall no real value. Drinks were ok.

   This place should be impossible to get reservations because it is amazing. We liked Nobu but here it is more comfortable, beautiful, better sushi/food and even less expensive. Tuna pizza, tempura fish roll, salmon, awesome. You even get a show at night.

   Had an amazing experience overall! The food was exceptional, and the ambiance of the place was stunning. The only downside was that my reservation was for 9:30 PM, but we weren’t seated until 10:00 PM.

    Loved the whole vibe! Gorgeous restaurant and beautiful! Wish there were a few more vegetarian options but will definitely come back! Loved it!
