Excellent food and good service. My favorite lunch item is the chicken salad sandwich that is such a generous size that I usually eat half and bring home the rest for dinner.

When over from the UK always meet friends for lunch at Janes. Always book in advance and request outside table. When we arrived today was told no outside table available which was disappointing.

We have been to Jane's many times when we visit the island. However, this experience was very disappointing. We had a reservation for lunch and when we arrived the hostess told us there were no tables available. We sat at the bar instead. The service at the bar was slow and we waited over a half hour for our order. It was clear the place was understaffed. Not sure if we will return any time soon.

I ordered Fried Green Tomatoes. They were in bits and tasted awful. I should have complained. It was waste of money.

The food was amazing. We got the absolutely delicious Mushroom Flatbeard as a starter and loved it. We also got the Southern Cuban which was delicious. MY Cobb Salad was really well done. Our server was attentive, polite and accomodating. All in all, we loved it and will be back.

Friendly hostess, attentive server, amazingly fresh and tasty food! Nice lunch menu. Our group of three stayed chatting after our meal and at no time did we feel rushed or forgotten.
