   Terrible place to come for Valentine's Day. Had reservations for 9:15 PM and arrived on time. Hostess said it was a 10-15 minute wait, which turned into a 30+ minute wait. Finally got seated and the waiter didn't even ask if we wanted water. Had to ask for it ourselves. Placed our order at 10 PM and ordered one appetizer and two entrees. Only ONE entree came out 40 minutes later. Had to remind the waiter about our appetizer, and he went to finally bring it out. Then had to keep asking for our other entree multiple times, which came out much much later than the first entree. This was literally the worse service I have ever experienced, and the food wasn't even that great. Don't ever come here for a special occasion.

   despite our reservation, we weren’t sat for 30 minutes. they ran out of steak and we weren’t notified for another 45 minutes after I’d ordered it.

   Took forever to get the food. Got the Main meal before the appetizer because they forgot. Food was subpar at best.

   The food was cold and undercooked in some places. For example, the risotto. The menu did not explain if plates had Raw Fish on them. The waiting time for the food was long. The music and overall experience were good, 5/10.

   We went to Jackie for Valentine’s Day and it was our first time there. We ate from the valentines menu and it was really delicious. We ordered the half dozen oysters which were great and for starters I had the butternut squash blossom. My husband had the tuna tostada and it was made very well and had lots of flavor. Next, for entrees I had the steak with potatoes and finished up with the cheesecake and my husband had the yellowtail fish and dessert was coconut custard. All in all we really enjoyed our meal and we would recommend.

   Had a 6:00 reservation and was seated immediately. From the time we sat down at 6:00 Was not served drinks for 20, appetizers for 45 and dinner for an hour and a half. Multiple couples had food before us, seemed like similar meals so probably some efficiency issues in the back kitchen. I can humbly say that ineffectiveness cost us a reservation that we had later that night.

   Loved my dinner at Jackie! While the Restaurant Week offered some tasty options, we opted for the main menu and everything was lovely. Two thumbs up for the octopus and burrata apps. The heated, covered patio was perfect, but we took a peek inside and loved the Jackie-era touches, from the geometry to the bathroom colors. This would be a great spot for anyone in the neighborhood with a big party (lots of larger table options and couches by the fire) or an upscale dinner before an event at the baseball stadium.

    Nice food and good service! Cocktails were good too!! Highly recommended the tuna tartine and the ribs!!
