This was our first time dining at J. Theodore. The experience was good but nothing special. Food was average and a little overpriced. I must say that the Chocolate Mint Cheesecake was superb. Doubt we will return. There are too many other restaurants in Plano, Frisco and Dallas that have much better food and ambiance.

My friends and I had a great time at J. Theodore! The service was great, the food was delicious, and there was live music. We sang and danced with the performer and all of us intend to come back again.

Spaghetti with Seafood and the Salmon & Risotto were fabulous dishes! Place is energetic and does have a speak easy! Food and drinks are on the pricier side for a small restaurant (e.g. $47 and $42 on the above dishes)

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but the Italian Chop Salad was a huge disappointment. The lettuce wasn’t even cut properly, the dressing was scarce, the salami was bland…not to mention the olives! For $26, I expected so much more!! Unfortunately, I won’t be back anytime soon!!

Davis was THE perfect server! He was courteous, responsive, and had a fabulous personality! Thank you Davis! The food was excellent, mimosas delicious and the ambience was chill! A spectacular experience from beginning to end! J Theodore’s-Frisco~ Well Done!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We WILL be back!….Often!!! Oh…Your Chicken Paillard is spot on!!! I crave it weekly!!!

* UPDATE Then DEC 7 w ate on the speakeasy side for a birthday and it was horrible! Out waitress, Liz could be bothered w our questions , ordered the wrong meals and temperatures and when admitting it didn’t even appear to be fazed . Service was terrible, she didn’t bring refills or condiments if asked and wouldn’t go over a sides list .(before calling in our meals wrong The filet was. Or a filet . We won’t be back NOV 15Kayla was our waitress and was wonderful. They made everything custom work with our allergies work with our preferences. Food was delicious. The place is so pretty . Love the live music we experienced in the outside of Tyler childress and country Zach Bryan
