The Ivy Inn Restaurant and Bar is the perfect place for a date night or celebratory dinner with your partner. Sit by the fireplace indoors and listen to the live piano player while you enjoy a meal of roasted rack of lamb or grilled veal chop served in a mushroom cognac cream sauce. During nice weather, sit out on the patio that is surrounded by greenery for privacy and dine on broiled Canadian salmon or the blackened Louisiana catfish served with a spicy tomato salsa. While the mood is intimate, children are welcome at the Ivy Inn and menu items for them include penne pasta with butter, three mini sliders or a pizzette.The Ivy Inn offers a global selection of both red and white wines. We came for a friend lunch for Christmas time. The place was beautiful. We had a table away from the main room and we could laugh and talk and not disturb anyone. The drinks were delicious and the lunch special menu had a wide variety of choices. I was thrilled to find a place that still adds anchovies to a Ceasar salad. Everyone enjoyed their food/ drinks/ desserts and the service was terrific. We weren't rushed and had a great time.

On a cold winter's night, the quaint and cozy factor were off the charts. A warm fire, comfortable setting and quiet atmosphere were just perfect. It is not a large space so I think the comfortable atmosphere naturally encourages people to relax and not feel the need to be loud. My 94 year old mother could hear and carry on a conversation with no trouble at all which was a huge blessing. I will definitely take her there again.

The Autumn salad and rack of lamb were delicious! My friends ordered the steak and cod and said they enjoyed their dinners too. The Wine selection is a little sparse but we ordered a Meomi Pino Noir which was very good. The service was excellent. Charming and cozy restaurant for this time of year!

We love Ivy Inn but this week was hit or miss on food. Service is always excellent! I cannot recommend the Chicken Francese as it is very bland. The chicken isn’t seasoned or prepared as usual for this dish. It looked to be pan grilled unseasoned and not dredged. The sauce was terrible.

Quaint, Irish-style pub(chairs at the bar) w/excellent food, jazz music, friendly and attentive service(kudos to Amanda our bartender) and cordial atmosphere. Excellent Manhattan-style clam chowder, Quiche Lorraine w/salad, pork chop all VG. Highly recommend Ivy Inn!!

Adorable cottage with lots of charm. Service was spotty at best. Place was not busy for brunch nut the server(s) seemed to rush away from the table always almost mid sentence. It was very odd. Then the food came. Wrong food came out initially and then the 2nd time it came out it was still incorrect and inedible. How do you mess up eggs? 2 times too? Needless to say we wont be returning and its a shame. Local and very cozy. Too many negatives to warrant a 2nd attempt.
