Italica is a unique, intimate hidden bar/restaurant with outstanding Italian cuisine. Our dishes are served tapas style and are meant to be combined and shared with others in your party. We have several dishes on and off our menu that are vegetarian and vegan friendly. Enter through the silver door on Miles Avenue to the right of Indio Taphouse.

Due to our limited capacity, reservations are required for dinner service. We welcome walk-ins at the bar, based on availability, and encourage late-night walk-ins to join us when possible.

To ensure that all our guests can savor our exquisite offerings, WE ALLOCATE A 90-MINUTE DINING TIME FOR PARTIES UP TO SIX PEOPLE.

Please note that Italica is an adults-only establishment. We kindly ask that our guests be above the age of 18 and are dressed appropriately.

    Great spot. Our new favorite Italian restaurant in the desert. Each dish was excellent and service was great. Friendly staff. Nice vibe in restaurant.

    Very unique restaurant, especially in the heart of Indio. Was like being transported to a small Italian family restaurant on the upper east side of New York. Pasta was wonderful. Unique flavors and really well done. Everything we had was wonderful. It did take about 10 minutes for my eyes to adjust once inside so I could read my menu but a small price to pay for a very delightful dining experience. Nothing like it in the valley. Very cool. Will be back.

    We had an amazing experience! I loved sitting at the bar!! The espresso martini was amazing! The lemon pasta with shrimp was so good! The tiramisu was delicious! We will be back!

    Went for early dinner with friends. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the speakeasy,the ambiance. Food was delicious. Our server, Domani, was wonderful! Only issue was our friend ordered a martini and it took forever to arrive . We will be back!!

    Tables crammed together and the noise level was very high. My wife and I had to lien across the table to be heard when speaking to one another. My wife’s pasta was good (about average). My pasta was burnt and uneatable. The server got my drink order wrong. We shared a caprese salad that was below average. Will not return and will not recommend.

    With a modern twist on a LA speak easy vibe, the small unique restaurant and bar has it all! Great atmosphere, amazing food, and fabulous cocktails. Dress up, and enjoy the experience.
