   Service was impeccable, staff from the hostess to the busser were friendly and professional. Our waiter made our experience enjoyable. Food was delicious and drinks were fun! They made our birthday celebration perfect.

   I went on a Saturday night with my husband and 2 kids - we were promptly seated to our table and greeted by our very sweet and friendly server, Camila! She was extremely attentive to our every need, and such a pleasure to be around! Not to mention, we loved everything she recommended to us. We will definitely return 😊

   We sat at the bar and both servers were very good. I found the menu to be slightly limited although we were told they could accommodate most if what we may want. The food was good but not great. The noise level was ok until the DJ came on and the speakers above the bar blasted so loudly that you couldn’t hold a conversation. Would i go back? Maybe. But would have to be on an evening with no music blasting

   My family is frequent visitors and usually love the food and atmosphere. Today celebrating my daughter and my mother-in-law‘s birthday. The food was cold. The gnocchi was hard. The vodka sauce was tasteless but the appetizers and dessert were good. We have visited every location, but this was our first time in Patchogue and it was a disappointment compared to the others. I would like to add our server was very nice, but it did take a long time for the drinks to come out and for the food to arrive.

   Not a great experience. The Bay Shore location was much better. It was freezing cold at our table from the door being opened. We did the tableside fresh mozzarella & the overly agressive busboy took it away before we were done. I had requested in advance a dessert for my husnand’s birthday. They brought it while one of us was still eating their entree. Felt very rushed. No management presence whatsoever. Had to ask for more water at least three times. Food was decent but the overall experience was very poor. Many other places to dine in Patchogue. Very disappointed.

   Had a 5:15 reservation and was not even acknowledged for 10 minutes. We were finally seated (4 people) at a table barely big enough for 2. We immediately asked to move to a larger 4 person table and the host said she “had to check”, left and never came back. We moved ourselves. They seemed very overbooked and most tables were not a suitable size for the amount of people they had. Shame on ITA for making people very uncomfortable while dining and spending a decent amount of money. I couldn’t wait to leave. Spoke with many others that felt the same way.

    My husband love the chicken. The baked clams and calamari were really good too. Nice selection of all drinks
