   Was very disappointed with the service yesterday as well as the lack of food that was offered on social media and on the menu… will not be returning to that location.

   Unfortunately the service was terrible. There was one waitress who was running around like crazy so it was totally not her fault. She was pleasant but way overworked. The food was very good. If it wasn’t for the service I would’ve given a 5 star review.

   We had a really nice meal at ITA Kitchen in Garden City, our favorite was the tableside mozzarella. Prepared fresh, in front of us, it was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and courteous and made sure to check in often. Our only complaint was that our table was situated directly under a speaker, which plays loud and upbeat music throughout the night. It wouldn't have been so awful if our table was further from the speaker, but we could barely hear each other speak. Also, be aware that the restaurant seems be known for their raucous birthday celebrations - which are fun, but after close to 10 birthday celebrations in under two hours (they blast the music throughout the restaurant while a dessert with a sparkler is brought to the birthday person), it got to be a little much. So I'd definitely recommend this restaurant, just wanted to share the good and not so good!

   Food on social media seemed very over the top but was actually quite good. I enjoyed it. Very loud though.

   We went for my boyfriend‘s birthday. The drinks and the food were both absolutely delicious. Their pasta has an option to come in a chicken cutlet bowl, which I highly recommend. You also must get the table side, made mozzarella! They also have holiday drinks and desserts for the month of December, which was super cute. When it’s time to bring out the dessert for a birthday person they play music and bring out a bright candle, which was awesome. They also have a Instagramable backdrop by the front door, which is great! Great experience would definitely go again!

   I went for my anniversary and had a really nice time. The ambiance was beautiful, music played low in background, the food was good, Lauren, and my waitress was attentive. She explained specialties and returned to our table frequently to make sure we were alright.

    Went on a date with my GF. We had heard very good things about this restaurant. We both had the vodka parm. It was good but nothing to write home about. We also shared the sangria flight which, again, it just didn’t have that wow factor. The complimentary bread felt like it was baked 1-2 days before- Not fresh. The service was good and the ambiance was great. Food and drinks came out quickly, and our server/bussers did a good job at topping us off with water. However, our server came to us and asked if we wanted to-go bags when we were only halfway done with our plates. Was she trying to rush us? All in all, I can’t say I had a bad experience but I don’t feel like the quality of the food justifies the prices.
