   Absolutely flavour and texture was 💯 across all the courses. The ingredients, thought and detail in plating, taste and service was impeccable. I was treated to many seasonal ingredients that were new for me and cooking technique I've never seen before. As someone who enjoys trying new flavours, this was a experience like no other. Worth a visit at least once for a special occasion!

   The bar was pre set very high compared to other established fine dining venues and we were so not disappointed. from the minute we arrived the experience was just inspiring and amazing. can not wait to return. congratulations to the whole team, it was like dining amongst a sympathy orchestra!

   An incredible experience; up there with some of the best Michelin restaurants in the world imho. The quality of the food and drinks pairing was divine, the venue was understatedly elegant and classy, the knowledge of the staff was impeccable, and the transition from each course was seamless. No gimmicks; just a top-quality experience. Congratulations to the chef.

   An exceptional meal from start to finish. For starters, pictures don’t do the beauty of the restaurant’s decor justice. Timing of dishes was executed perfectly and the open kitchen design allowed for a very exciting dining experience. The alcohol matching was consistently excellent, taking diners on a journey around Australia and the world. It’s very rare that I remember something outstanding from every dish after a degustation but this was one of those rare cases. The flavours were harmonious and dishes wereprepared immaculately. While I still consider Minamishima to be the best sushi in Australia, Ishizuka definitely makes a strong argument for the best Japanese dining experiences money can buy in Australia

   Thank you to everyone who assisted in making this night a memorable one. My boyfriend was much surprised and the staff and food was outstanding. I loved the seasonal menu and atmosphere.

   Me and my boyfriend went to Ishizuka on thursdau the 30th of August. The entrence is not too hard to find with a little bit of guiding from the receptionist. She seemed very friendly and helpfull. When we sat at the bar which is the dining area, where the chef's cook everything right in feont of your nose, i had the feeling i needed to be quiet or whispering because everyone around us was so quiet. They presented the menu in a very beautiful way, gave us the options of a wine pairing which we did do with a cocktail to kick of with. The cocktails were good, some tasted very strong in my opinion. The food was absolutely outstanding. Very beautiful presentations, on very beautiful plates and the flavours were amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to people who don't mind spending a bit more money on high quality food and beverages. They absolutely blew my mind and gave me one special evening and dining experience

    Well well well, finally had a chance to try this best Japanese cuisine. It is really really worth the money and can not give a fault of each dish. So fresh, so tasty, well prepared. Will go back to try other menus from other seasons.
