   I had a reservation at a booth for 7pm for valentines day, I got to the restaurant for my table at 6:50pm and was told the wait for my table would be about a half hour. I asked if they could text me when my table was ready to be seated. at 7:25 I hadn't received a text so I went back in and waded through the crowd of people to get to the front desk. I asked what the update was since it had been over a half hour and was told that there was still about an half hour wait. We took a seat at the bar and my significant other ordered a malibu bay breeze which was all orange and cranberry juice with the slightest hint of malibu (easily less than a proper pour) I got a water and there was a thick brown liquid on the bottom of my glass. After another 10 minutes of not hearing for anyone and being packed into the restaurant like sardines I called Firebird across the street and explained the situation. They immediately gave me a table so I dropped a 20 on the bar for the one drink and left. suffice it to say I will never be going back to Iron Hill Brewery and Neither should you. After 10 years in the service industry I can tell you that this was a classic case of seating walk-in earlier in the night without regard for the reservations coming in later which created a bottle neck and forced people that had reservations several weeks out to wait an hour to be seated. Do better Iron Hill.

   Being that it was Valentine's Day I believe they overbooked. We had a reservation for 6, got seated at 630, and got our burger and half rack at 755. The fries were nice and hot. The ribs were cold. The server was really nice but very busy. The kitchen was very backed up.

   My gf and I had the chicken lettuce wraps with chili oil and the Brussels sprouts with pecorino Romano. Entrees were the voodoo chicken pizza and the steak frites. Only issue was the price for the chicken lettuce wraps, didn't feel they were worth the price, but other than that - food was delicious and great service.

   I love Iron Hill but last night was the first time I ordered something that was only mediocre. The meatloaf was really just 2 thin hamburger patties, and they were rather tough with little flavor. I was envisioning something different when I ordered it. There was an onion gravy. The rest of my party loved their selections

   The food was incredible! Waiter was pleasant but extremely quite it was hard to hear him over the atmosphere which wasn't extremely loud. He took a loooong time in between visits. Asked for a couple minutes to read the menu, he didn't come back for 10-12, was given soup but no spoon took another 10 minutes after our food was dropped off for him to ask if everything came out well and ask for the spoon.

   I ordered a burger and the roll came out frozen. My tooth still hurts from biting into it. The meat was cooked however the roll was frozen. I sent it back and it took over 25 minutes to get a new one after waiting 30 minutes for the burger to come out. It wasn’t very busy, so there really is no excuse. I have been there many times and always had a good experience. This was by far the worse though. The server was nice, however did not update me when the new burger would come out. I ended up taking it home and throwing it out.

    Took 25min to get seated for a 7p reservation. Server was incredibly inattentive, my wife had to ask the manager to get us drink refills. Food was average at best and the menu has shrunk considerably. Will not be going back again.
