   A uniquely poor dining experience. Our two starters were acceptable but had no wow factor. We tried 3 pastas after. Of the 3 two were utterly flavorless. This was alarming as one was a veal bolognese type and the other garlic/clam/vongole. These are classic dishes and for them to be abysmal is radically disappointing. As a final insult the corkage fee is higher than published on their website. They did nothing to remedy the situation and we were presented our inflated bill. Service was poor. Never again!

   Hello Mr. James, I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience in my restaurant, however I disagree with you regarding us not doing anything to correct the situation. We always do the right thing and try to correct any mistakes. When we heard you didn’t like the first dish, we promptly sent you a different dish that you ordered and also didn’t like, we didn’t charge you for either. On the way out you also complained about the price of the corkage fee, which on the website was listed at 5 dollars less. I apologize for this mistake. That’s why at the end of the night we took off the corkage fee entirely from your bill. I’m sorry that you didn’t like the service. We did our best to accommodate you throughout the night.    Another fabulous meal at Il Professore!! Riccardo really hit it out of the park with a salmon ceviche that was marinated in beet and citrus. It’s was very well composed and absolutely delicious!

   Great hidden gem restaurant in Tequesta. We had appetizers and then fish, veal and chicken entrees for dinner - all delicious! Dessert was yummy too (pistachio tiramisu was our favorite). Service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. We will definitely be going back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

   We felt like we were in Italy- the food is authentic and the staff could not be more accommodating. Chef Ricardo came out to see how we enjoyed. Doesn’t get much better than this.

   Just returned from Jersey. Could not wait to get back to consume the delectable Bronzino served at this wonderful restaurant. Our waiter filleted the eye pleasing fish with aplomb. Not a bone to be found. Way to go Pedro! The fish was served with a Livornese on the side. What a tasty dish! And the salad and zucchini, flower, more than lived up to what we were expecting. The expanded wine list was a pleasant surprise. A most enjoyable, and intimate experience.!

   Had a wonderful dinner last night. Everything is top-notch. Great bottle of wine for a reasonable price. Had the zucchini, flowers and the carpaccio for appetizers, very very good. For dinner I had the veal scallopini and my wife had the veal chop. both were excellent not to mention the scrumptious desserts. Worth the price. Chef Ricardo came out and said hello, that's a nice touch and our waitress is great. A must go!

   It doesn’t get any better than this charming, small restaurant. The chef and his delightful staff are very helpful. Their homemade pastas are delicate and deliciously sauced. A true find!

   Wonderful dinner with friends and first time dining here! All staff most attentive, gave a fell of extended family with a very warm inviting environment. Chef was kind enough to make his rounds and chat with us…food outstanding from beginning to end!

    Simply delicious meal with attentive knowledgeable servers. Enjoyed their zucchini blossoms, filet w pecorino crust, lamb ragout and ended with chocolate soufflé. Will definitely return soon.
