   A very peasant place to be. The service was excellent with one glitch. It was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. We’ll return and recommend to friends On a Tuesday night the noise level was very acceptable. I think the dining space is well designed

   Thought we had a restaurant week menu so that was a bummer to hear it was just for lunch (but dinner pricing.) Then our 1 mocktail was $14 for watered down fruit juice drink. $18 for a glass of wine that would buy the bottle at the store. Bread served with meal - requested by then and because we were famished. Finally $32 for truffle pasta with very little truffle taste, mediocre sauce, and underdone noodles. Should have sent it back. But hungry and weary by then. Won’t be back.

   Very nice ambiance. Cocktails and meals were good, but overpriced, more expensive than comparable meals I’ve had this month in Center City Philly and DC. I had the pork, which was very good, but a bit tough. My dinner companion had the small plate of lamb, which was very good. Meh.

   This is one of if not the best Italian restaurant in the area. Not only was the food incredible (best cacio e pepe out there), we also had amazing service and a great atmosphere for a birthday celebration.

   food is good, noise level at lunch very peaceful, comes out relatively expensive....drinks cost more than many places- 20$for a bloody mary But it is fun to go.

   Decent place but very expensive for the level of food and service. These restaurants really need to reevaluate their pricing - they think they can charge high prices but keep their service subpar. Not workable.

    We've eaten at Il Pelicano several times, and each prior time it was very good. This time couldn't have been more different. The food just wasn't good. The salad was only OK. The meatballs had no flavor at all. The chicken saltimbocca was the most overcooked piece of chicken I've ever eaten. The lamb was cooked OK, but the sauce on it had no flavor. I have no idea what has happened at this restaurant. Maybe the chef was sick, or maybe they changed chefs. I don't know, but it was bad.
