We wanted to like this place so much. The dining area is small, cozy and comfortable. Service was great. The food needs more refinement. For context, we are foodies and travel all over the world and eat many cuisines. We also live in Los Angeles, CA so we have access to some of the best food in the world. The Italian food here isn’t there yet. We ordered lentil soup and it came as a dip. We ordered spinach and cheese ravioli and they gave us cheese tortellini. It was confusing. The waitress didn’t charge us for the tortellini after we questioned it. The lasagna was good but not great. The honey cheese and wine was amazing. Then we had the panna cotta which was good but had too much gelatin in it. Overall, the food needs refinement. Once they do, this restaurant will be incredible.

Amazing Italian restaurant! The menu changes daily. Great service! My go to when I layover in AMS. Highly recommend. Definitely make reservations to guarantee seating.

Unfortunately we thought there was pizza in menu like photos but there wasn’t. They told us that there is another restaurant beside that serves only pizza and pasta . Not this one

Venue was tight but in a quaint way. Food was excellent. My daughters loved the lasagna. Lovely place.

Wir waren bei unserem Besuch in Amsterdam gleich zweimal im Il Pacioccone, weil es uns so gut geschmeckt und gefallen hat. Semplicemente fantastico. Tisch vorbestellen ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!
