   Service poor and slow. Food skimpy in portion size. No bread or butter or Parmesan cheese. Served a person in recovery who asked for non alcoholic beer - an alcoholic beer. Extremely overpriced

   Great atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly and competent staff. Had to wait to be seated over 20 mins past scheduled Open Table time when hostess said it would be just a minute. Had I known the actual wait time, I would have taken a seat at the bar with my guest rather than wait standing. Was surprised staff did not offer complimentary drink for inconvenience given premium nature of restaurant. Also suggest restaurant add Cabernet Sauvignon by the glass as it wasn’t an option. Super Tuscan was excellent though!

   Service is great. Would not recommend the short rib cappelletti. It is listed as an entree and is definitely a small plate/appetizer portion.

   I have already written bad reviews of this restaurant but those were for previous chefs. The new chef is more competent but that doesn't make this restaurant more palatable. Our server was obnoxious, condescending, and just plain stupid. Neither I, nor my husband, plan to go back.

   We dined here Tuesday night. It is the prettiest restaurant in the area. The food was very good. White bean dip, Misto Fritto and Pasta. Everything was delicious. The sound level was really good… you could actually hear each other! We really enjoyed it.

   It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. When I asked our server about them, he was rude and disinterested. No explanation. No apology. We asked a manager for a different server and that was not done. Overall service of the food took very long. Disappointing the new version of the restaurant has such poor service. We will not return.

   The server was wonderful, the food has potential however it took 2 hours for the food to come out once it did half was cold or lacking flavor or cooked to the wrong temp for the pork chop. Overall very disappointed.
