Come in and let the flavor do the talking. Our culinary team takes NW farm to table ingredients to craft a rustic American dining experience. Hudson's décor is nearly as spectacular as the food crafted in our open kitchen concept. Hudson's Bar & Grill is located inside the Heathman Lodge Hotel Vancouver WA.

Executive Chef Joe Reid joins Hudson’s with more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt. Joe grew up in the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute, Joe started at a 4 diamond steakhouse in Lake Tahoe. He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Since then, he has worked in various positions at multiple restaurants including Morton’s The Steakhouse, Salishan Lodge and Brand Chef at Stanford’s. He has a passion for mentoring his team and helping them reach their full potential.

    The food the delicious and more than we expected. We ordered the crab cakes, steak bites, pork loin pasta and the halibut salmon. Every single item exceeded our expectations. And the mocktails were amazing

    First time dining here, we had reservations, showed up 10 minutes early and were still seated right away. Food was excellent, as was the wait staff. We will be back!

    We have been here several times and almost always order the same things. Went for Valentines Day. Gorgonzola cheesecake and calamari apps, wedge salad and additional rustic bread to start. Wife gets the porkchop entree and I get the New York. This time I decided on the beef tip app as my entree. Not a great choice because overcooked tenderloin creates a bad texture. Back to the New York next time. Chocolate Torte tasted like it had been left uncovered in the fridge for several days. Everything else was excellent. Service was great. Hostess in red jacket was super friendly and great at her job. My wife’s quote “some people have and some don’t, she absolutely does!” We will be back.

    Kitchen, even with it being Valentines Day. Nailed all of our entrees. 4 filets each a different cook. Service also spot on.

    The food was excellent and service was also par excellent. It was a brunch menu on the snowy morning so atmosphere was nice and quiet. All of us had plenty of food so most of us took half of our meal home but it was delicious warmed up. Great place to eat!!

    We really miss the appetizer from years gone by that included the cheese, nut, fruit plate! This survey log in is way too complicated.

    Jacob was our server and he did an awesome job! The food was solid, we asked for a cozy table which they had ready for us-and they allowed us to stay and chat without giving us cues to leave. The coffee is a little weak but drinkable and I like strong coffee so I imagine it works for most. I definitely recommend and will be back!
