   The outdoor setting is marvelous, especially at night. Food is always top quality and well-prepared. We’ve celebrated our wedding anniversary here two years in a row, and each time we were treated with a beautiful complementary dessert. My one complaint is the music is awfully loud and intrusive. When we’re dining alone or with friends it’s hard to have a conversation.

   On my fourth trip to this wonderful restaurant, my expectations were again met and exceeded. The staff is very personable yet professional. The food is amazing. I have tried a few of the different appetizers now, this being my fourth visit. I am a meat eater so I’ve had the steak courses and they are done to perfection. I have seen some of the seafood dishes at tables near me and they look delectable as well. The restaurant caters to owners in the complex, but I have eaten there four times as a local resident and I’m always treated superbly . I recommend this restaurant to anyone, without reservation.  And, the view is spectacular.

   The setting was lovely- tho close enough to the ocean end of long runway for Lihue Airport to see jets landing periodically. The bar was fun and our bartend Jay was friendly and helpful. The coconut shrimp and papya with mozzarella pupus were quit good. We got a table outside along the glass wind barrier - so views of the ocean, a departing passenger liner and planes landing. We all had the locally caught mahi (by Capt Tye) prep’d with a rice cracker crust mixed with Furikake. The fish was deliciously: fresh from local fishing boat; on a bed of stir fried baby bok choy and a creamy buttery sauce that complimented the flakey fish. We had a bottle of ‘23 Truchard Roussane which complimented the fresh fish nicely.

   Great food, excellent service, and the view was amazing! Highly recommend the Mai Tai. The Sea Bass was exquisite and the Mahi was the best I tasted on this trip.

   The location is amazing and the whole fish for two was unbelievably delicious. You must try the papaya/mozzarella caprice salad.

   Absolutely outstanding night at Hualani's! It was our first time, but certainly won't be the last. Food was excellent, service amazing, and you can't beat the views!

   Beautiful high end restaurant open to a stunning ocean view. Food was excellent. My only ‘quip’ is the charge for a sofa refill. The wife loved it though!
