El restaurante "Los Hechizos" ubicado en el interior del Hotel "Rancho Encantado" es una palapa casual a la orilla de la espectacular Laguna de Bacalar, sirve diariamente exquisita comida. Nuestro talentoso chef, Iván Osorio, nos presenta un menú inspirado en la cocina regional con ingredientes locales y estándares internacionales. Desde el desayuno con café mexicano de altura, jugo de naranja fresco, frutas tropicales de estación, pan y mermeladas hechas en casa, para el almuerzo y la cena se ofrece una variedad de platillos a base de pescado, pollo y carne frescos, o cocina vegetariana si así se desea. El restaurante es precioso y abierto con vista a la laguna. La comida deliciosa, recomiendo los tacos de pulpo. El servicio excelente, personal muy amable.

Was literally empty. A large venue and only 2 of us and one other table. Started with pulpo tacos. They were fried and chewy. Went with Grouper for main course. Ordered grilled and the piece was so thick they over cooked it and was very dry, not moist and flakey.

El lugar es muy bello con vista a la laguna, el servicio bien comida muy rica, el único pero fue que en su menú en línea mencionaban un menú degustación, el cual no contaban en el momento de nuestro servicio

Nosotros fuimos a cenar, espectacular el lugar, su iliminacion, la laguna hermosa y el restaurante muy bien, deliciosa la comida, pedimos preparados de la region, muy recomendable

The fact that there was only one table with people and others empty, the service can be better than the waiters standing around not taking your order. Along with the presentation of the food was very lazy. Other than that, I would just come back for the drinks and the water activities.

Realmente la presentación de los alimentos es muy bueno, pero a mi gusto le falto un poco de sabor al pulpo. El servicio fue excelente, no recuerdo el nombre del mesero pero fue muy amable con nosotros.
