   Our table of 9 waited for over one hour for our food, except for one of us who received her meal after 25 minutes and therefore was finished eating long before the rest of us. The young waiter was very apologetic and his service was great, however the manager/maitre d' was rude and abrupt when I went to the counter (at one hour) to ask about our meals. He was totally unhelpful and unapologetic. In future our group will go to another venue. When our food did eventually arrive, it was undercooked and cold (go figure !!)

   We had a fantastic night Meals were great, staff were fabulous, they interacted with us throughout throughout night having a laugh with us, love this place and 100%recommend the team / service

   Some food was not hot and one of the kid's steaks was still alive. Parmy's are MASSIVE which is great. Staff could have been friendlier. If we asked for anything like steak knives to cut steak or kid's colouring in pencils it felt as though we were being a hassle. Cakes were in the cabinet way too long as they were dry.

   Great food, great service but not the place to go if you are wanting to chat over dinner when the Trivia is happening. Would've been better before or after dinner hours.

   The customer service was amazing. Every one of the four staff we encountered were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The meals were served rather quickly (the chips were a bit cold), and a huge portion. The atmosphere was nice, not too loud even though there were a lot of celebrations going on. Nice one team, keep up the good work. Your customer service is the best I’ve enjoyed on the coast in a while.

   Great hotel to catchup with family. Food was very good. Service is normally outstanding! Unfortunately, on this occasion, one staff member let the team down and needs a bit of guidance to make this a Truely great experience. Well done to the rest of the team.
