We were so excited about a new restaurant that was a new Chinglish endeavor. The food is outstanding, and the service was spot on. Hot Noods (yes, nudes) is located in the El Cortez. Easy to get to an valet parking that doesn't cost more than your meal. I can't wait to go back!!

I had to try the soft shell crab because it gets rave reviews on YouTube. It did not disappoint. It's my new favorite thing. However, be careful, mine was very hot and I burned my lip. I had the chicken padThai as well. I'm not expert in this cuisine, but I liked it.

Food quality and flavor were beyond expectations. Best ramen I have ever had and would recommend to anyone to come and support this family owned restaurant. Go now before the word gets out and you can't get a reservation.

The soups and cukes were very good and our waitress and the hostess were very nice with beautiful smiling faces… The food itself was very average.

Had dinner here and it was fantastic! Definitely recommend the Poh Poh's Dumplings and the Tonkotsu Ramen. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service was great. Looking forward to my next visit.

Everything was so good! We had pad Thai, beef bowl and tempura. Highly recommend. The staff was so nice as well. I was shocked it was so inexpensive.

Overpriced but good quality. Paper napkins. Service was good. I had the tonkatsu ramen. Portion was decent but not what you’d expect for the price.

Service: Our waitress said she was new, but then again this restaurant is relatively new, so we definitely did not notice. In my opinion, she actually did quite a good job, which I am finding to be rarer and rarer in this town. So I will mark her as a plus Food: I ordered the Pad Thai. It was not the best I've ever had for sure. The noodles were lightly sauced, very little but decently flavored meat, a tiny cup of peanuts to sprinkle on, and two lime wedges. It was ok. Vegas prices for sure, but I've gotten better with bigger portions at other places located in casinos as well. The person I died with got the Tonkatsu Ramen which they said was good and did look better and more filling than mine did. Overall I would say it's worth a try if you're near, but I wouldn't go out of the way for it. Especially considering we ended up there due to a bad experience causing us to leave another restaurant in the El Cortez, I'm unlikely to return to the casino for anything, but if you're in the area give it a try, it does have potential.
