We went on NY Eve, understandably it was very busy and we have full understanding for this, but after being seated for half an hour, no waiter had been to our table! We enquired and someone was sent to take our orders. Another 25 minutes later, our food came out, no drinks yet! No water was offered whilst we waited for almost an hour! One main meal came out with the starters, which was not great, but we just went with it. 40 minutes later my husband’s main meal had still not arrived, we enquired, numerous times and after about 3x “10 minutes” promises, we just decided to give up and sorted the bill. I had to prepare my husband dinner when we got back home! We will NEVER go back!
