   Delicious food and cocktails, pleasant service, and a good atmosphere. The soft shell crab was fresh, generous and cooked perfectly. We will definitely return.

   The food variety, flavours and quality are exceptional - of note the seared tuna taco's, the wagyu beef and the octopus dumplings. Service was friendly and prompt - obvious that each food course was freshly prepared. We could share a variety of plates amongst our group - superb dining experience

   Food was SO good with some of the best Takoyaki I ever had. Will definitely be back! Plus the staff was lovely and the restaurant was super cute!

   This is the second time I’ve booked a reservation at Hikari and they’ve “lost” my reservation or in this instance, had it booked for 6.30 instead of 5.45. I understand it’s one of the busiest date nights of the year, which makes it equally crucial that the booking system is working properly. The time slot was clearly overbooked which may have pushed the booking out of our selected outside dining selection and on to the communal dining table — not particularly romantic on Valentine’s Day. The food is good, chefs always do a great job but I’m no longer making my way out here if the service isn’t reliable, plenty of good Japanese food around Brisbane.

   Hikari is an outstanding restaurant, a real gem in Teneriffe. It is one of our "go to" restaurants here. The food is so good, and the restaurant staff are polite and efficient. We'll always go back to Hikari!

   An absolute local gem, I took too long to get to hikari and it was brilliant. Quick service on a busy night and just good honest japanese food
