Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

An incredible experience from start to finish. Truly a one of a kind experience. The ambiance, the food, the staff - everything met and exceeded expectations.

The cocktails and the cornbread caviar were amazing. The appetizers and small bites were very good, but the main courses were a disappointment. The aged Wagyu sirloin was chewy and definitely not medium rare. The outside was like charcoal and the inside was very rare. The pork was flavorless and was half fat. The broccolini was tough and too salty.

After eating the oysters, which we liked, my husband got sick fairly early in the meal and had to make three trips to the restroom and was ill all night. I will likely inform the manager that perhaps one of the oysters was tainted. Overall, we were surprised by the Michelin star. There are a couple of other restaurants in Austin that are much better in food and value. The sirloin was cooked medium rare per request and was tender, but it was somewhat bland without the sauce. Unfortunately the fingerling potatoes were undercooked; the bocarones made it somewhat interesting. The chicken was a miss altogether - rubbery skin, overly sweet glaze, bland meat, sides were overly salty and just off. While we enjoyed the wine, the mark-up on the bottle was ridiculously high. We sat in the side dining room (the ambience was just okay) but still left smelling like roasted meat, which is not ideal if you have plans afterward. We had to leave without ordering dessert for my husband's birthday because he felt so ill.

Bar seating had extremely limited menu and everything we ordered was meh besides the wygu burger. Bone marrow crab was nasty.

The food and service was outstanding! Our favorites were the scallops and wagyu sirloin. Amazingly done and we will be back to try the bar menu!

Most everything was far too salty and not at the caliber expected for the price point.

AMAZING!! I booked Hestia before the Michelin rating came out. I’m so glad I got to experience this place. It is so fantastic. Jackson was our server, and he was great! The food here is magical. The flavors will blow your mind. It is a bit loud in here, but that could just be me.
