Delicious, stupendous, fun-filled evening with convivial personalities always attending to our needs. Owner Kari is delightful and you will have the warmest hospitality warm welcoming while noshing on the most delicious choice of grub!! No slacking here; food is beautifully prepared by co-owner Kevin with farm fresh to table delights, whatever is in season and at its peak of freshness. Hubby and I so highly recommend and we don't say that lightly- we aren't always the easiest to please with all our fussy requests. None ever needed here as we will take each and every dish just as Kevin prepares it. Hoping they can host our daughter & future son-in-laws reception!! Can't imagine on giving their guests anything short of delightful and scrumptious selections!! Check schedule as they often are hosting weddings, parties, and such with no wonder why!!

Omgosh! Food was OUTSTANDING!! So much so that I forgot to take pictures it looked and was soooooo good! My shrimp etouffee and grits were hands down the absolute BEST I have ever had in my life, and I am from NOLA. The peach salad was good. We also had peach, passion fruit, lemon and mint cocktails that were AMAZING! What is one thing I would rate low? They are a pop-up restaurant now, open once a month (I believe that's what they said) due to primarily catering. However, that is good to know, because I will absolutely be using their catering services for both company and personal.

Enjoyed our meals very much. The dining room is eclectic and cozy. The gumbo is spicy and delicious. Service attendant was friendly and checked on us several times. I’d like to go back and try more menu items.

Truly yummy home style New Southern cooking. I had the seasonal ramps and beet salad, the pork chop and the biscuit. Would recommend all. Well seasoned and prepared - nothing over done or precious but still beautifully plated. I enjoyed my first fermented gin drink as well. Was thrilled to not have just deep fried everything but lovely Southern flavors.

We had an early dinner reservation (5pm) and we received wonderful service and great food. We had the pate, shrimp and grits, a biscuit, two cocktails, and desert and the bill was under $100 before tax and tip. If you like Cajun-inspired food like we do, this place has a great menu, great staff, and a good value for the area. Can't wait to go back!

This was our first visit and we were very impressed with the food and the service. The staff welcomed us warmly, provided helpful suggestions and explained the dishes on the menu as well as the specials. They were very attentive throughout the meal. The food was delicious and the serving portions were large. We would be delighted to recommend Henry Parsons Project to everyone.

Great, welcoming vibe. Def run by some hippies with the WideSpread Panic posters everyloved. Loved our waitress! Food is southern inspired. I had shrimp and grits and it was superb. We had a popcorn ice cream and toffee, very unique and tasty. Will definitely return

overall a good experience. My one complaint is that they make you place orders all at one time. This is not conducive to a restaurant that is big into shared plates. Why cant we order appetizers first, see how that goes and then order mains
