   We returned to HED11 for the new menu, and we agreed that it’s one of the best they’ve ever created. I’m not very familiar with Thai Northeastern cuisine, except for papaya salad, but everything was incredible. The table-side preparation for the papaya salad was really creative, and the final dessert was stunning and creative as they crafted a dessert that looked exactly like the artwork, which made the night even more fun and exciting. Last menu they served 6 main dishes at once, which felt a bit overwhelming but this time they separated the main courses into three smaller courses served with rice, which felt much more balanced. I highly recommend trying this new menu, it’s outstanding! Thank you for making our birthday celebration extra special with the thoughtful gifts

   I recently visited the restaurant and was blown away! Their new menu for holiday season focuses on Northeastern Thai cuisine and it’s incredibly authentic without being overly spicy. The highlight of the night was the crab dip with sticky rice, papaya salad ( Which our server actually making papaya salad at your table. So fun! ), beef tongue, duck laarb, Grilled Iberico pork and the dessert, especially the final one—were absolutely fantastic. Creativity gets a solid 10/10. I was also impressed by how well the wine pairing was planned as it complemented each course perfectly, which isn’t easy to do with Thai food. The experience was definitely worth the price, Great service, perfect for special occasions or celebrations. Can’t wait to go back when they roll out their next menu!

   I was excited to try a thai fine dining experience by the food just fell flat in terms of flavor and texture. the cocktail i got felt too sweet and they couldn’t tell us much about the sake on the menu even though there were only 4-5 options. i really wanted to like this spot but it just didn’t feel close to worth the price.

   Run away. Not as advertised. Menu on line and at time of booking is false. Food is bland and harsh. Service is slow and oddly wait staff announcing these horribly presented food as if it's the next coming of a savior. RUN AWAY if you're looking for authentic Thai. If you're looking for overoria crap food. Stay.

   We were very disappointed by Hed11. The courses came out cold, even the soup was just a bit warm. We felt courses 4-9 coming out together also felt a bit overwhelming and didn’t have a nice path between them. The ribeye looked beautiful, but was so cold the meat was just chewy. I had very high expectations and was very excited for this experience, which led to my heightened disappointment with how it turned out. The service was lovely, and the flavors of the food were good - I just wish it was actually warm and a bit more robust.

   Great place to enjoy a slow seasonal prix fix. Expect about 2+ hours of not rushed dining.

   Fairly innovative cuisine and good presentation. Food quality was just Ok for the price ($180 for so-called 11-course). Dessert was lackluster. Syrup tasted like cough meds!

    Fantastic tasting menu, everything was delicious, especially the Khao Gang. Service was attentive but not over bearing. Truly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.
