   Took a customer to dinner. Too loud, service was fair, had to wait to be seated although many tables were open, asked to turn down celling fan on porch but they never did. Patrons dressed vey casually for a nice restaurant, with lots of kids. Looking for nicer atmosphere for those prices. Food was decent.

   Another fantastic night at Haywire! No wait to get to our table at our reservation time, service didn’t feel rushed but wasn’t slow either. Our waiter was fantastic, food was delicious, especially the queso and pecan pie.

   Wife ordered a half of rack of ribs and the bottom was burned extremely bad.

   The food was really good. I had the Caesar salad with out croutons, which made it gluten-free. I am on a special diet. I wish they had their gluten-free items marked on their menu nevertheless, it was a fantastic meal with garlic, stuffed steak and mashed potatoes as my entrée…. hubby enjoyed the onion rings and the Texas redfish chef kiss. Great service as well!!!

    Overall good. At check in, told could not have booth as requested for 2 on reservation as they were busy with larger parties . After being seated noticed 5 booths available. Very busy and private party downstairs and our appetizer and then food seemed to take longer than should have even considering business. Our server was very attentive , helpful and enjoyable. Another server delivered our food but first placed with a couple at the table behind us and then was told of mistake and just moved the food to our table. That was a little unappetizing especially without even an apology. Just kind of gross that the people at the table didn’t say anything until the other server helping realized mistake and then it was like oh here’s your food. Just not professional and not the way I’m used to be treated at Haywire .
